At the Annual Meeting at Rowany Festival, we ratified a small change to the Guild Charter, replacing the reference to Twelfth Night, which is no longer part of the Lochac Crown Events Schedule, with Spring Coronation.
For clarity, the previous version of §5.3 read:
“An Agenda of items should be published by Twelfth Night so that discussion can be held at the Canterbury Faire Guild Meeting (if there is one) and on the mailing list prior to the Festival meeting.”
§5.3 now reads:
“An Agenda of items should be published by Spring Coronation so that discussion can be held at the Canterbury Faire Guild Meeting (if there is one) and on the mailing list prior to the Festival meeting.”
The change is now reflected on the website at https://brewers.lochac.sca.org/brewers-guild-charter/
This is a fairly minor change, but useful clarification. It also brings forward the notice of agenda to November instead of January, giving plenty of time for any significant issues on the agenda to be duly considered by members attending the Canterbury Faire meeting.
