Every Year we have:
A tasting/Guild Meeting at Canterbury Faire (Mid-late January, Chch NZ)
A tasting/Guild Meeting at Rowany Festival (around Easter, near Sydney Australia)
Upcoming:
Meeting
Coronation | 24th May | Barony of Innilgard
Craftsman Padraig Lowther will be hosting a Guild Tasting at Coronation. This will be on Saturday, after Coronation Court, but after the hall has been transitioned into the Feasting Configuration.
All Brewers, Vintners, and Imbibers are thus welcome to assist in making the Hall ready to feast, and then to sit and judge such brews as may be brought before the feast begins.
Meeting & Competition
Inter-College War | 11th-14th July | Barony of Innilgard
Short Mead
Last year Clerk Bjorn set this competition for ICW. There were no entries, so he reissued the challenge for this year. Unfortunately he will not be in attendance, so another Guild Member is being sought to host the Guild Meeting.
All brews must contain fermented honey, and be brewed within 6 months of the competition. The winner shall receive the last bottle of Clerk Bjorn’s Light Bochet which won the Silver Medal in the Specialty Category of the 2022 Hunter Homebrew Competition.
